Unable to connect Fitbit Versa with Fitbit Flyer.

Hi my Fitbit Versa won’t connect to my Fitbit flyer headphones. I have managed to connect the headphones to my phone. But when trying to pair them with my watch it just says ‘no devices found’ however the watch seems to be able to pick my TV up!

I appreciate you have brought this to my attention. At this moment I would like to suggest you the following to pair Flyer to your watch:

 

  1. Press and hold the Power button for 4 seconds when turning on Flyer, and wait until the LED pulses blue. If you release the Power button before Flyer is in pairing mode, Flyer turns on, but won't pair with your watch. If Flyer doesn't enter pairing mode, turn it off by holding the power button for 1 second, and try this step again.
  2. On your watch, open the Settings app.
  3. Tap Bluetooth.
  4. Tap + Audio Device.
  5. When your watch finds Flyer, tap Flyer on the screen to pair the headphones to your watch. When pairing is complete, a green checkmark appears on your watch's screen and an audio notification plays through Flyer.

If you still can't connect Flyer to your device, try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Put Flyer in pairing mode by holding the Power button for 4 seconds when turning it on.
  2. Open the Bluetooth menu on your device and select Flyer.
  3. If the pairing process didn't work, restart both your device and Flyer, and re-attempt steps 1 and 2.
  4. If the devices seem to connect, but no audio is coming through, press the Up button on Flyer to turn the volume up while music or other audio is playing. Flyer may be muted.
