Hi 

 

how do I connect my versa to Sony headphones:MDR-ZX330BT please?

 

the versa search isn’t picking the connection of the headphones that are lying next to the watch 😞

Hi @MsLeabert1, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delay in responding your post.

 

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, seems odd that your audio device isn't connecting with your Fitbit Versa. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: How do I connect Bluetooth audio devices to my Fitbit watch? and take in consideration the details that are specified there. Also, I recommend you to restart your Versa and, if possible, restart the headphones too.

Hi

Yes, So I managed to sort it myself.
All I had to do was do a very long press on the headphones until the watch picks the Bluetooth signal up but remember to deactivate all other Bluetooth connected to your headphones first.
