HI, anyone else having issues with wi-fi setup on the app? Mine just keep loading for eternity!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this inconvenience and how many times since then? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check the information that's specified on our help article: How do I connect my Fitbit watch to Wi-Fi? and then try the troubleshooting steps from: Why won't my Fitbit watch connect to Wi-Fi?
