I recently bought this watch and spent 3 hours trying to connect to bluetooth from my Andriod phone and won't connect, does anyone know how to connect?

Have you checked that your phone is supported by fitbit at www.fitbit.com/devices ?

 

How are you trying to connect? Fitbits are unusual in that they have to be connected via the fitbit app rather than by the phone's bluetooth settings. Are you following these setup instructions: Help article: How do I set up my tracker?

@mmlg2019 thanks for your participation in the Forums. Please note that your Fitbit Versa can't be set up or sync through the Bluetooth on your phone but through the Fitbit app as @SteveH's mentioned. At this moment, please check the link @SteveH's kindly posted and if you find his post useful, please mark it as a solution.
