I have tried to bluetooth connect 3 different audio devices and it will not work. I put it on pair, all of the devices are on and working. They all connect to my Samaung edge 7. Help?! For the Versa

Hello @SunsetRunner, have warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

I appreciate your participation in the Fitbit Community and for sharing your experience with us. At this moment, I would like to to ask you to try the following steps:

  1. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and remove all devices from here, including your headphone and the Fitbit Versa.
  2. Restart the Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
  3. Restart your wireless headphones according to the manufacturer instructions.
  4. Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices around that might interfere when pairing the headphones.
  5. Put the headphones in pairing mode
  6. Go to the Settings app in the Versa > Bluetooth > +Audio Device and follow the onscreen instructions.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, give these steps a try and let us know the outcome.

I have followed all the instructions given in the forum.  My phone shows that my Versa is paired, but when I go to the settings on my Versa and hit +Audio Device, it just keeps searching and says no device found!

I am ready to return this device as I am so frustrated.  I am a fitness professional and purchased this specifically to make it easier when instructing.

HELP!

You have to make sure your audio device is in pairing mode. So my
headphones I had to hold it down until there was a flashing blue and red
light. The same light that is red when you are charging it. Then it will
pair.
