I can't express enough how disappointed I am with Fitbit. It seems like one struggle after another. I have been trying to pair my headphones to my versa for hours. I was able to upload some personal songs to my music app on versa but can't pair my headphones, even though I have no issue on my phone. The headphone paired for just a moment then it disappeared, now it keeps saying "no device found". I've read many other support postings and followed many instructions to no resolution!
