My headphones are no longer pairing with my versa. I have had it a nearly year and they did at first but haven't worked for ages. I have tried all the hints etc... to no avail. I have contacted fitbit before and they just say they are aware of the problem - not helpful. Any ideas welcome. Would I be better getting flyers or are they being discontinued?

To better assist you, can you please let me know which headphones are you using? When was the first time you experienced this inconvenience and how many times since then? I'd like to let you know that our Fitbit Flyers are not available in our store at this moment, however, if you are interested in them, you can check with our authorized retailers if .they are available with them.

Thanks for the reply. I followed the help advice when I bought the versa last January and the headphones worked for a while. When they unpaired in February, I tried again but with no success and have subsequently tried many times since, especially after an update hoping this would be fixed as I was promised previously. I have tried all the different advice given on the forum also as I mentioned. When I try to pair following the advice it finds the headphones but when I tap to connect it just while around and around. They are skullcandy jib wireless bluetooth in ear headphones - bluetooth version 4.2 if that helps.
I hope you can help as it is very frustrating as the music was the main selling point for the versa for me.
