Try restarting your Fitbit App and if that doesn't work,  restart your Versa.

Have done both several time - Still no syncing
It begins to sync and then stops. Over and over again.

Thank you - Have done a factory reset on my Fitbit Versa , have deleted my Fitbit App and uploaded it again.  Still not connecting, syncing consistantly and working as it should.   Very disappointed.
