I have been using fitbit Versa 2 and recently tried connecting my versa 2 to my Macbook Air but after logging into my account its not showing versa 2 in the devices list. Donno why? getting fed up with the watch and sometimes its not even responding and sometimes its not even showing any notifications of my phone applications and its getting disconnected. Please help me out anyone

Hello @Tagore and welcome to the Help forums. I'm sorry, but the Versa 2 operating system isn't compatible with Fitbit Connect. You can't set up or sync your Versa 2 with your MacBook.
If you are an iPhone user, have you reviewed and tried the steps in this recent thread?

I'm a Android user and I'm able to use it as of now. And I have tried downloading the Fitbit Connect in the Windows laptop as well, even though I click the download, then also its not downloading at all and I seriously got fed up with this watch. But if its not supporting whats the use of giving all this features and charging this much amount for watches and this watch always gives me trouble and all the time I need to reset my watch and uninstall the app and then again even when I try to connect my watch with the mobile app its taking almost half an hour to sync. Sometimes it doesn't even respond while connecting. Don't no whats wrong with these issues. Seriously this is the first time I regretted for buying a watch that to with this much cost 😞 T_T . I hope that there will be an update for the watch where all these issues get solved.
