Just got today.  Followed all steps.  Can't even tell if turned on.  Won't connect.  Any suggestions?

One possible cause of connection issues is interference from other bluetooth devices. If you have as many bluetooth devices as there around me it can be difficult to avoid them but if you minimise the number of devices nearby then this can sometimes help.

First step is to check that your phone is supported by fitbit at www.fitbit.com/devices

If it is and you are following the setup guide at https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1873/ then at what point are you hitting problems and what problems are you getting?

I have a Droid Turbo 64. When I try to connect it says it found it then after a minute goes to screen that says Not working?

Make sure Versa is charged and turned on.

Restart your watch by pressing the left and lower right buttons.

Turn off Bluetooth on your mobile device,then turn back on.

Try Again {button}

I have done all the above 6 or more times and it still doesn't work.

Please help

I'm not familiar with that phone but I see that it isn't on the list of supported devices. However, the Turbo and Turbo 2 are. Is the Turbo 64 different from those?

I have a Droid turbo 2.  I checked the compatible list and it's there.  So, not sure what issue is.  I want to exhaust all possible solutions before returning it.
