I tried to start 2 live chats to get my problem fixed but keep getting booted out. Now I can't do a live chat.
I tried to charge my versa and it won't charge. Now it's completely dead and won't turn on. It's also been freezing a lot lately. I've tried all the troubleshooting things and it still won't turn on.
