Unable to delete active zone minutes in IOS app.

I have the latest FitBit software update and when I try and delete the zone minutes from sleeping, it says it does it but they still are there.  23 of my 25 minute goal for the day were probably rem sleep which is why I want to remove them.

I tried closing and restarting the App and re-syncing but it didn’t work.  I have an iPhone 8.

@CindiLi -

I had a 2-minute AZM around 2:00 am, so I decided to try it.

At first glance, it looks like it takes. The detail entry goes away but the daily totals don't change, and then when you go back to the detail and it is still gone.

But, as soon as you sync, with apologies to Arnold, "It's b-a-c-k".

Another "Nice try, FitBit developers and Quality Assurance". Do you guys even test this stuff? It should not have passed developer testing let alone released to QA and then to the public.

I wouldn't have lasted 40 days in Enterprise Computing pulling stunts like this and the other things they have been putting out into the world lately, let alone 40 years.

Shoddy work people.

I made a memo of the times I wanted to delete, and tried on various different days, and about 2 weeks later I suddenly was successful. Would be ideal if Fitbit would actually fix this, but just wanted to let people know that if you keep trying, it does seem possible to delete (sometimes).
