Unable to download app

I just bought 2 pairs of versa 2. However, both have different version. 1 is 68... the other one is 70...

the phone Version is up to date, the Fitbit version of the 68... is up to date as well (as per the Fitbit app).

How is this possible if same watches were bought? Anyway, I cannot download certain apps on the version 68... they said either phone or Fitbit isn’t the latest version? Pls help. Tried searching for answers for hours

Firmware updates don't always come right away.  I would just wait a few days to see of you get notice a firmware update ready to install; then see if that lets you download the apps.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
