I just bought my Versa 2 today and I’m having issues with clock faces. I wanted to install a few and the ones I found all say I have to update my app and/or the Fitbit. But both of them are up to date? I don’t know how to fix this.

Your fitbit needs a firmware update before you can change clocks (or use certain apps). Now that you have set up the fitbit the app will start to download the update bit-by-bit in the background. When it's fully downloaded the app will prompt you to install the update. Fitbit say this download process can take a couple of days so keep your eye on the app.
