I tried downloading some songs but it didnt work on the music app on fitbit I downloaded the fitbit connect on my mac but whenever I try login it says an error occurred. please help.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. To better assist you with the Fitbit Connect issue, can you please let me know which Mac computer are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Can you please share with me an image of the error message you receive? If you haven't already done so, please check the information that's specified on: Why can't I download music and podcasts to my Fitbit watch? and let me know if the issue persists.
