Unable to download music to Versa 2

Hi All,

I am having trouble putting music onto my Versa 2. I am using a MacBook Pro; I have downloaded the desktop App; Created a Versa playlist in iTunes but my computer cannot find my watch. Shutdown bluetooth on the Mac and iPhone; moved closer to the modem but still no success. Any ideas?
