Ive recently purchased a Versa 2 with the intention of being able to listen to music from my watch at the gym rather than take my phone. I have as yet been able to transfer anything. I just keep getting a preparing music for download banner and thats it. I have reset everything unlinked accounts you name it i have done it. Fitbit support told me i had to pay for deezer even though i am only a few days into my free trial subscription from fitbit. I feel like this is not the problem at all rather a connection issue. Is anyone else having this problem?
