Unable to find Health & Wellness reminders on app

I was reading something that said you can add reminders for hand washing and water intake reminders under the health and wellness reminders tab and I have followed the directions on how to get there but I don't have a health and wellness reminder tab or anything that comes close. I have searched the app high and low as well as the desktop version and came up empty handed. Attached are the directions can anyone help me??? I have an android and am using the Versa 2.

Hi everyone. I'm glad to see you around the forums and welcome to our new members! @JohnnyRow and @LZeeW, thanks for your great help!

Thanks for every step you've tried to get the Health & Wellness tab on the Fitbit, as well for the screenshots provided. I understand how you're feeling about not being able to turn these reminders off or on. Let me explain that the Health and Wellness tab is available in certain countries and to make sure the correct location is set in your Fitbit account, I'd recommend to verify the following:

1. Open the Fitbit app on your phone.
2. Tap on your profile picture > the tile with your name.
3. Tap Personal > Location (tap the gear icon > Location on Android).
4. Tap Country
5. Choose your country, and tap Done. If you live in the United States, after you choose your country, you can also add your city and state. Under Location Detail, tap Edit Location Details and then type your city.
6. Tap Save.

Once that is done, tap Today > profile picture > Fitbit device image and try turning off the Health and Wellness Reminders one more time. Make sure to keep the Fitbit app updated so we can ensure the other features will continue working correctly.

I tried all the instructions in this thread so far and nothing have worked.

I uninstalled the fitbit app and rebooted the phone after each try and I tried different locations. 

It still does not show the health and wellness reminders tab.

I hope there will be a solution for this. Thanks!

Has anybody had any success with this?  I don't know what else to do other than throw it in the bin because the constant buzzing is extremely aggravating and I can't seem to find any solution...

Hello Lizzy Fitbit, 

I have the same issue and I have an IPhone. I got a brand new Fitbit Inspire 2 at Christmas and have the premium subscription and yet cannot see health and wellness reminders. Customer service keep saying to restart the app which I have already done twice. Please can you help me?

Hi! I tried this and nothing changed on my app. The reminders are driving me crazy!

After clewrninf the cache, force stop and restarting, my app still has to setting options for health and wellness reminders

Once you click the button, it will automatically open your browser, follow the instructions there. I have Android as well. 🙂

I am having this same issue. When I did a chat with someone from support yesterday, she acted like I was just not getting it, not finding the Health and Wellness Reminders. I. Do. Not. Have. It! I deleted the app, which was up-to-date, restarted my phone, added the app back, to no avail. I was then informed that I don't have FitBit Premium. I most certainly do! I subscribed for 1 year in Oct. 2020. Their solution was to TURN OFF NOTIFICATIONS. Nope! I want to be able to have the Health and Wellness Reminders so I can turn it off the way it was intended to work.
