Unable to find Health & Wellness reminders on app

I was reading something that said you can add reminders for hand washing and water intake reminders under the health and wellness reminders tab and I have followed the directions on how to get there but I don't have a health and wellness reminder tab or anything that comes close. I have searched the app high and low as well as the desktop version and came up empty handed. Attached are the directions can anyone help me??? I have an android and am using the Versa 2.

I can't follow what you're saying. I have an iPhone. Maybe it's different? I don't see anything to authorize them to have insight....

I'm not sure what instructions you're supposed to get? All I see is a list of apps and the only thing I can do is revoke access. Am I supposed to revoke access to a specific app?

I made it all the way to here, but alas, the Health and Wellness Reminders is not there.  I have Reminders to Move and then Main Goal......  Errrrg!!

Unfortunately I can't tell. 🤔 My phone opened automatically the Fitbit website, I gave access to anything that popped out and just went back to the app. The health and wellness thing was at the right place after all.

I still don't have it on my Pixel 4 with Charger 4. I'm starting to get frustrated. Tech support said they would look into it, haven't heard since. This was like 3 or 4 months ago... 

I have tried reinstalling the app, tried resetting the whole charger 4, tried to resubscribe to premium. Nothing works at all. I'm from the Netherlands btw, maybe it's not available in certain countries?

I have the same problem.  I have the Sense but I cannot find it. I'm from Holland too but the helpdesk here told me it is possible...but they only send you to the manual what doesn't help me.. I have a free Premium account for 6 months.

Hi everyone 

I may have found a solution/ a reason why this is happening after speaking with fit bit and escalating my call to a supervisor on the phone today for an hour.

The first person I spoke with gave me these steps to try on my android which are similar for iOS

1. Go to settings on your phone

2. Go to Apps

3. Find fit bit app and force stop

4. Next select Mobile Data (still in settings, apps, fitbit) find the option "Allow Background Data Usage and turn it off and then back on, make sure "allow data usage while data saver is on" is also turned back on as both will turn off and both need to be back on.

5. Leave Settings and open the actual fit bit app

6. Click on your profile pic in the top left of the app and tap set up a device (note: do not remove your fit bit before doing this)

7. Select your device, mine was versa lite 

8. Click the button at the bottom that says Replace your fitbit versa

9. Follow the steps takes 2 minutes.

**Once everything has restarted on the watch and app then you will have to wait to see if you still get the reminders. So far I havent got any but I will continue to monitor.

***This above solution is for if the reminders are on but you cant turn them off because the option on the app is gone. It will not bring back the option on the app but might help remove the reminder that are UNVELIEVABLY FRUSTRATING.

The second person (the supervisor) told me it is not a watch issue it is an app issue we cannot turn them off because for some reason by mistake they removed the option completely from the app and we have to wait for the next app update to see if it is back. They said there are numerous people calling in about this and its something they're working on. So they have acknowledged the issue. There is no workaround all we can do is wait if the above steps don't work for you.

I hope this helps some of you. This has been a year for me so I hope it works. I will keep you posted if it doesn't.

I did that and nothing changed. I turned notifications on for apos so maybe through another aoo I can get reminders to drink water.

I suppose then New Zealand doesn't have the health and wellness reminders option.

Here I am 2 years later still having this problem.  I have an iPhone and Health & Wellness does not exist on my menu.  I get these every day and would like them to stop.  I tried thumbs down them all, but they come back daily.
