Unable to get Today's page on Versa 2

So i have had my Fitbit versa for a few months (used to have an ace) and for some reason every time i try to access the today page, which was the main reason i wanted a Fitbit versa is now not opening every time i try to open it it goes back to my clock i have tried changing my clock shutting down my Fitbit both by holding town the button and through settings i have done just about anything! How do i fix this please.

  • Mine stopped working after I did the update suggested today. Now when you swipe up from the :mantelpiece_clock: it says today and reverts right back to the clock. It doesn’t allow you to see the today goals and progress.

Mine stoped working at the update as well. 
mot is the swift up function that does not open the today app. It flashes the today icon as if it will open but reverts to the click.

hope Fitbit take notice and sort it soon.

I had to do a factory reset and then it worked.

I have done the restart as suggested (3x) but it still does not fix the ‘Today’ problem. Continues to show the Today icon the reverts right back to the clock.
