Have followed the steps on the app but unable to get WhatsApp notifications or a list of apps in the Fitbit app?

can anyone help?

@MOB30, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't receive WhatsApp notifications.

 

I'd like to know what is the brand and model of your phone.

 

In the meantime, please make sure that you are following the steps listed in this help article in order to set up the notifications.
