Unable to get notifications on Versa.

Tried everything to Get my notifications to work I can get calls and nothing else everything that is listed I have tried I’ve the iPhone 8 so it’s up to date

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. I would like to thank you for letting us know you've already tried to troubleshoot this issue on your side. Would it be possible for you to let us know exactly which troubleshooting steps you've tried? This will be very helpful for us to check this further and determine what we should do next. 

 

Additionally, please reply to us with the following information:

  1. OS version running on your phone
  2. App version installed (go to the Fitbit app and tap on Account > Help to get it)
