Unable to get text, call notifications in my Fitbit Versa 2 SE, from Redmi Note 7 pro

Hi Team,

I am able to sync my versa 2 SE and track no.of steps and activities,etc.. But I am not able to receive the call, text notifications. When I tried to set up, I am getting a error message in my phone that 'Notification service not running. A phone restart is required to re-enable notifications on your tracker'.  Even after re-starting several times, it didn't work.

Can you please advise?

Your phone is not on the Approved Devices list. Some things work but some things don't.

Thank you for the reply. But is there any chance that the device will be added to Approved Devices list?
