I am unable to install Find Phone by Fitbit on my Versa 2. My Fitbit app is up to date & I have reinstalled the app from the Google playstore. Please provide assistance .

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. To better assist you with this situation, can you please let me know if you receive an error message while trying to install the Find Phone app on your Versa 2? When was the first time you experience this situation? Which phone are you using to sync your device? Also, do you experience the same difficulties with other apps or just with that one? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your Versa 2 and make sure that it's running the latest firmware version.
