Hi there,
I have recently purchased the Fitbit Versa and i am currently trying to install Spotify on the Fitbit app, but the message saying " To install this app, make sure the Fitbit app on your phone and your Fitbit device have the latest update." appears. I have updated the app on my phone but i am not able to update my Fitbit as the Pink update icon doesn't appear on my app. My Fitbit firmware says that it is 32.33.1.30 as of the 15/12/2019. I have followed the recommendations from the Help articles provided and ensured that the 'All day sinc' is on as well as the 'Background app refresh in my phone settings is allowed. What do you suggest i do to update my Fitbit device so i can install Spotify?

I have been through all of those articles again but I am still not able to update the firmware of my device. On the Fitbit app it is not coming up with the option for me to update and when I connect my device to the computer nothing happens. I have also tried restarting my device but that doesn’t seem to change anything. What would you recommend me to do to update my device if the pink update icon on the Fitbit app doesn’t appear?

did you ever figure out how to get the spotify app on your versa? I am having the same issue!
