Unable to install the Tennis app.

Since the last update, I installed the new fitbitlabs tennis app once, checked out the features & then found later it had disappeared from my apps list.

I’ve tried to reinstall it, using WiFi, and the installing bar moves across to completion & promptly reads “install” again when completed. No installation after repeated attempts.

Hello @Glach, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. I would also like to thank you for letting us know the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. At this moment, I would like to suggest you the following:

  1. Force-quit the app on your phone.
  2. Restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
  3. Open the app and try to install the Tennis app again.
  4. In case the app doesn't install, log out from the app, restart your phone, log back in and try again.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let us know the outcome.

Sorry to report that none of the solutions worked.

The first suggestion resulted in the progress bar never even starting in multiple attempts. After restarting my phone, the app appeared to be installing again, but just reverted back to the “install” button without installing.

Are there any iOS settings that can get in the way?
