Unable to install third party clock face on Versa 3

Hello I bought a fantastic 3rd Party clockface called "Clean&Smart Plus" on my Fitbit Versa 3. Unfortunately my touchscreen died and I had to buy another Versa 3. 

But as you know, it's no more possible to download 3rd  Party Apps Clockfaces.

How can I transfer it from my old watch to the new one ?

PS : Apart from the touchscreen been unresponsive, my old Versa 3 works perfectly. ie I can pair it with my phone and access all the apps that are on it through my phone.

I am sorry to hear about your last experience with your Versa 3. It's so nice that your new one works perfectly. 

In the EU-countries the third party clock faces and apps cannot be longer purchased. However if you are in a different location you should be able to install them.

As the clock face was not developed by Fitbit, I suggest you report your issue by visiting the Fitbit Gallery to find the clock face description and find the option to contact the developer right at the bottom of the page. So you can install it in your new watch.

I recommend you update both your Fitbit device and the Fitbit app before contacting the developer. If you need help for this, see: How do I update my Fitbit device?

Fatima, thanks for your reply. The Clockface is no longer in the Gallery since I'm a EU user. It means that my purchase is lost for good. It's unacceptable.
