My Versa updated today and now won't keep the wifi connection. I have forgotten and re input the wifi details, restarted the versa, factory reset the versa, reinstalled the app and rebooted the wifi. I have no problems with any other app/product connection to the wifi. Can anybody suggest anything else as now I'm stuck with the original clockface and can't update the music.

I've had the same exact issue. I have even tried everything that you have done as well and nothing. Hopefully someone is able to help us both out! Best of luck to you!

I recently started experiencing the same issue & have also tried various ways to troubleshoot without success. My sister has a Versa 2 and was able to connect to WiFi without an issue. All my other apps work & so does my laptop so it's not a WiFi or phone issue. Wish we could get some help with this.
