Unable to load apps or clock faces

Just installed and connected new Versa for Xmas. Unable to load apps from the store or change the clock face. So pretty much no better than my previous charge 2. Is this a big in the app????

First of all LOGOUT from FITBIT app then restart the Bluetooth then again LOGIN and then proceed with usual steps..reply if it do not get fixed...
