Unable to log in to the Fitbit app

My fitbit app logged me out and now im unable to log in. It keeps saying invalid email and password. I force stopped, uninstalled and reinstalled the app as well. Its still not working. What is going on?

Thanks for every step tried to get access to the Fitbit app. I'm sorry that you're getting that error message and let' work on this together. Before anything else, may I know the model of your phone and OS/software version?

 

While you may know your credentials, I'd recommend to try the following steps:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Reboot your phone.
  3. Reset your Fitbit password as described here.
  4. Try logging back in to your account with your new password.
