I bought the apple air pods to use with my versa they will connect but is so loud. I tried everything even lowering the volume by the music. When I called tp see if I could fix the problem they could not. The only advice I got was to complain here and if enough people complained fit bit might fix the problem not a good answer very disappointed. Please fix!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @maggy41. Sorry for the delayed response.

 

I regret to hear the volume of the music on your earphones is too loud. As mentioned by Customer Support, the Fitbit Versa can't control the volume on Apple Airpods. However, there seems to be a misunderstanding on the second sentence.

 

We have a place here in the Community called Feature Suggestions board. This is constantly monitored by our engineering team for possibile implementations. I found a request about this topic called Make versa volume controls work for AirPods. You are welcome to join and vote the idea and once any update be available, it will be communicated as soon as possible.
