I am trying to use the Fitbit Connect app on my macbook pro to transfer music/podcasts to a Versa 2.
This has worked fine in the past.
Today, when I start this up and click the "Manage My Music" option, I get taken to the login screen. But when I enter my email/password I get the message "An error occurred, please try again".
The error is not with the password (I know it was correct, and have also updated it and given the new one). If I try the "Set Up a New Fitbit Device" option from the top screen, I go to the same login screen, but this accepts my password!
Not remotely clear what the error is, but I'm now stuck, unable to do anything with the music on my watch.
I'm using the most recent version of the Fitbit Connect app.

Exact same issue here. I've tried on 2 different computers.

This is so infuriating, I have uninstalled and re installed Fitbit connect and still unable to manage music on to my Versa 2

I have just been on chat with Fitbit and he had the same error message as me. Advice to leave it and try in a couple of hours. Great?!?!?

Having the same problem here as well. Rarely do I try and update the music on my Fitbit because the process is so tedious, so this is the first time I tried in a while. Failed when I tried two hours ago and failing now as well.
