Unable to on my Versa

I put my device to charge yesterday (05.06.2020), it shows charging symbol after few hours I took it ,it is not working and device is hot while touching.

When I again charge it is heating up not ON , what's the problem in it?

Since you mentioned that your watch got hot, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone and email.
