Unable to open exercise Tab on Versa 3

I was able to tap Exercise tab on my Versa 3, and choose which exercise(Walk, Run, Bike, etc), now when I tap it, it won't open.  It acts like it wants to open, but closes immediately.  I have shut it down, change the clock face, charged it, and nothing has worked.  It tracks my steps, but won't capture the workout.

Thanks for letting me know your situation in regards to the exercise app on your Versa 3.

I recommend you to check if you have any updates available, you can check this article for more information. Also, before you try to use the exercise app once again, do a restart following the steps in this article.
