Unable to pair Bluetooth headphones to Versa.

Hello, so I have an issue with Bluetooth earphones “JIB wireless” which (used to) work very well with my Versa and my iPhone. My problem started after my devices sort of “forgot” the connection after a period of non-use. It will detect the earphone but the pairing process will go on forever (can’t connect). On the phone, I have the option to “forget device” so I can re-pair it and it will once again work. So the earphones are fine. But on my versa watch I have no such option. I can detect my earphones but I can’t pair it... and I can’t “forget a device”... so how can I get it to work? Also unlike the phone I can’t see a record of everything paired with the watch (I heard it can pair up to 8?), I just see that little box “+ Audio Device”. Hope someone can help me.

Hello @MShandriss, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. At this moment, if your headphones are still not pairing to your Versa, please restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. Then, restart your headphones according to the manufacturer and try to set them up to your Versa. Make sure to turn off your phone's Bluetooth during this process, because if your headphones have been paired to your phone, they will connect to it instead of connecting to the Versa.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let us know the outcome.

Dear Marco, thank you replying to my thread. Sorry I vanished. What happened after was my Fitbit versa broke for a different reason and I had it exchanged.  The new unit worked well till now, and so I never got around trying your solution. Recently after 3 months of use the problem has resurfaced again. So I just revisited the thread to try your method. I’m sorry to say it doesn’t work. It still wouldn’t pair, the earphones are the same and are working fine. They pair fine with other devices. In fact, they were able to pair with this Fitbit Versa earlier maybe around 8-10 times before. Then suddenly they can’t pair anymore.
