Hello,
Fitbit versa lite is not recognising my phone or vice versa after resetting, I'm gutted because I cannot return this watch as my warranty ended on May 20. Since July I've had nothing but problems, such as time lagging and syncing. I have followed the instructions to reinstall the app on phone and laptop and reset the watch but still same sh. Is there an experienced person out there who is able to shed some light please as I have paid £149 for this?

Hello Ricardo,
I'm still having the same problems, I have even tried using my laptop. The watch refuses to pair with either laptop or phone although the logo comes on nothing is regonised.
