Hello,
Fitbit versa lite is not recognising my phone or vice versa after resetting, I'm gutted because I cannot return this watch as my warranty ended on May 20. Since July I've had nothing but problems, such as time lagging and syncing. I have followed the instructions to reinstall the app on phone and laptop and reset the watch but still same sh. Is there an experienced person out there who is able to shed some light please as I have paid £149 for this?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Let me share with you that the battery of our Fitbit Versa was designed to last 5 days, but this also depends on how frequently you use all the features of your device. That said, I recommend you charging your Fitbit device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much.
After following the above information, please check this help article for more tips and recommendations. This article includes as restart process that will refresh the device's performance.

Hi! I've got my Versa 2 in June this year. It normally worked for 5 days. But now it works less than 48 hours. I did factory reset and it changed nothing. And also tried everything in articles you mentioned.
What have I do now? Is there service center in Lithuania?
