Unable to pair Versa after removing it from account.

So yesterday syncing was down and that was fine, and I syncd this morning with my app just fine. However, that was the last time I was able to sync with my app. It was suggested to try uninstalling the app, so I did that, but it still didn’t work. So I unlinked it from my account, restarted the Fitbit and my iPhone, unpaired the Fitbit and my iPhone from Bluetooth, and tried to start all over. Unfortunately this just made it worse, because now my Bluetooth can’t even find the Versa so I can pair it with my iPhone again!

im so frustrated. Please help.

Hello @kociara-christi, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Thanks for letting me know the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. Please note that the Versa does not pair or sync through the Bluetooth settings on your phone but through the Fitbit app, if you have removed it from the list of paired devices, we will need to set up the Versa as a new device inside the app. If you're having trouble doing it, please follow these steps:

  1. Turn off Bluetooth on your phone; wait 10 seconds, and then turn it back on.
  2. Make sure you have a strong WiFi signal and that there are no other Bluetooth devices around that might interfere with the setup process.
  3. Restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, then try to set up again.
  4. If you can't set up after a restart, reboot your phone or tablet and try to set up again.
  5. If you can't set up after the reboot, remove all other Fitbit devices from your account and from the list of connected Bluetooth devices on your phone or tablet and try to set up the Versa one more time.

I hope this can be helpful, give these steps a try and let me know the outcome!
