I have a new Versa 2.  My Onn Bluetooth earbuds aren’t recognized by the Versa, but work just fine with my iPad and iPhone.  Are there any recommendations?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, seems odd that you're unable to connect your earbuds with your Versa 2. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check the information that's specified on our help article: How do I connect Bluetooth audio devices to my Fitbit watch? and let me know how it goes.

I followed the instructions, but my device was not found by my Versa 2. They are fully charged as well.
