Unable to pair headphones to Versa.

My Bluetooth headphones won’t connect to my versa.

It connected once, but the second time my headphones wouldn’t reconnect so I thought I’d remove the device from the versa Bluetooth list and reconnect them.

This did not work as now the watch won’t even pick up the headphones.

The watch has no problem connecting to my phone via Bluetooth and the headphones have no problem connecting to my phone via bluetooth. I have restarted both devices and made sure nothing else around me had Bluetooth on that could interrupt the connection. Still the watch can’t find them.

Is thete another way to fix this? (Besides restarting as I have already tried that)

Hello @abssm, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Smiley Happy

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. I would like to thank you for having tried to troubleshoot before contacting us. At this moment, I would like to suggest you to try the following steps in order:

  • Remove your heaphones from your the list of paired devices in your phone.
  • Restart the Versa again by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
  • Restart your wireless headphones according to the manufacturer instructions.
  • Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices around that might interfere when pairing the headphones.
  • Put the headphones in pairing mode
  • Go to the Settings app in the Versa > Bluetooth > +Audio Device and follow the onscreen instructions.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let us know the outcome.
