I am trying to pair my Aukey wireless headphones to my versa, but I keep getting the message no devices found. My headphones are turned on, I checked that they work with my phone.I made sure to unpair from my phone to see if it would connect. Still nothing. Any suggestions?

Hi there @tigergirl, awesome to have you here in the Fitbit Community as a new member. I saw you are having troubles to pair your Bluetooth headphones with your Versa tracker, despite trying different solutions to address this issue.
Have you reviewed if you headphones are in Pair mode. I saw another user having an identical issue and the solution was to enable the pair mode of the headphones in order to make them discoverable for the Fitbit Versa. To enable this option consult the manual of your headphones.
See you around and keep me posted.

I just received my VERSA still not finding my IClever BT Ear phones. I'm forced to listen thru my Galaxy S8. This watch is going back.

Thank you for posting, both the question and solution. I couldn't figure out why my earbuds weren't connecting to versa. Now they do!!

Hi. I had the same problem with my bluetooth ear buds. they would not show up even though it was on. I had to push on the earphones to choose pairing.. when I allowed that it showed up on the Versa. However, I cannot figure out how to do the same thing on the phone... like i am connected or paired with the phone for the app but not as a music player.

Hi there
I have just recently bought the Versa and was excited about music on my watch and have download the music app etc. However, I cannot get it to pair with my Muso Bluetooth headphones. The headphones are in pairing mode and the headphones are visible as a device in the Bluetooth but they just won't pair....any suggestions. I purchased the headphones as they are waterproof in the hope of using them while swimming.

I have the same problem. I was able to connect the Versa to my wireless headphones. But then after I download more music I can’t get them paired again. They show up in the devices to pair but it just keep circling trying to pair. Made sure it wasn’t the headphone. I deleted them from my iPhone and then added them back with no problem. Just can’t get it to connect between my Versa and my Bluetooth headphones

I'm having the same issue. I was able to find my headphones in the list but when I tap to pair it says it's pairing but the wheel spins and spins and spins and never actually pairs.
