I am unable to pair my new pixel 6a phone with my versa 3 fitbit watch. Tried shutting down watch, reinstalling, etc.

me too - not a new phone, but all of a sudden, bluetooth won't connect and watch is now reading 6 minutes slow. Now rubbish as a watch if it can't update via bluetooth.
