@Vishwajeet.d, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear about the syncing issues that your Fitbit Versa is experiencing.

 

I'm afraid that the Xperia XA1 Ulltra G3226 is not in the Supported devices list. This may be the reason why your watch doesn't sync with it.

 

However, I'd like you to submit a compatibility request in our Feature Suggestions board and people can vote for it. The more votes your request gets, the more chances it will have to be reviewed by our engineering team.

 

We really appreciate your patience and understanding with this.

If this particular problem belongs to me then how could I wait till anyone
else complain I am not satisfied by ur response so let me clear my issues
first it seems i became foolish while joining ur fitbit community
