Hi Team,
I am using this device from last 1.5 years but from last 6-8 months i am not using this device.
I tried connecting this device now, but somehow Fit-bit removed my account. Now i need to setup versa again to start the device. But earlier i had locked the device with pin. Now it is asking me to unlock your device with phone and phone doesn't have device setup.
Now i am trying to setup my device again, i able to see the 4 digit pin on the device because every time i get the pin on device it ask me to unlock you device with phone. I got stuck in the loop. Can someone please help me to resolve this issue.

Hi @harshj, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa can't be set up since it asks you to unlock it with your phone. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
