I have a Versa, and when they first updated to be able to use quickreply everything was working fine, but for a month or so now I have been unable to read or respond to FB messenger. It shows that I have a message and I can see who it's from and I can clear it but cannot read or respond to it. My text app works just fine.

Were you able to reply to messages before? I don't think that Facebook Messenger supports quick replies.
