Hi @alrh, a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response, I was reading your post and it seems your heart rate tab in the today section cannot be rearrange. I'm wondering how it goes so far? Is the issue still persisting?
Is tru this tiles cannot be edited from the Dashboard settings, the way to do this, is like you mentioned. holding and drag up and down to sort your today's tiles. Note that it requires that you tap in the center of the tile and hold for a few seconds. Until the tile prompts on the screen start moving your finger up and down to relocate the heart rate tile.
