Unable to rearrange time tile on the Versa's Today screen.

A couple of days ago, the tiles on my versa rearranged themselves so that heart rate is at the top, then the battery status and date bar, followed by the steps and other main stats, and finally the activity/steps per hour. I can swap the lower ones around, but I cannot bring the heart rate tile down below the battery status again. I don't know how it happened, and I want to reverse it as it means that when I look at the fitbit to find my steps, I see my heart rate first and have to scroll down.

Hello @jo_edi, I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply. Smiley Happy

I appreciate you have already tried the troubleshooting steps I've provided earlier. At this moment, my best recommendation would be performing a factory reset on your Versa. Please note that you will need to set up your Versa again and install any apps you had before as the factory reset will remove any app you have installed.

Now, before starting with the factory reset, please sync your Versa one last time to prevent any data loss. Then, follow these steps:

  1. Tap on the Settings app on your Versa
  2. Scroll down and tap on About
  3. Scroll down and tap on Factory Reset.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted!

Hello @jo_edi, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. At this moment I would like to suggest you to restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. Then, check the "Today" screen and let us know if the tiles were able to rearrange themselves.

I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else we can do for you, please feel free to reply.
