Hello @VBran, I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you around.
Thanks for bringing this situation affecting Reminders to Move in the Versa to my attention. Are you getting Notifications in your Versa or are these also affected? At this moment I would like to suggest you to restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
If after resetting your Versa you're still not getting Reminders to Move, go to the Fitbit app > Account > Versa > Reminders to Move and disable them. Restart your phone, then go back to the app and enable Reminders to Move again.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let me know the outcome!

I'm having the same issue and the suggested fixes did not work. Please help.

I am having the same issue. The reminders seem to work on and off.
I restarted phone, tracker, switched reminders on and off.... Notifications are working.
This is the most basic but also one of the most important functionalities from the earliest versions of the trackers. How can this not work properly?
Surely this would make the tracker not worth the money paid.
What is the suggested fix, apart from restarting device please.

I have the same problem and have had a case open since August 20, which has been escalated to a different team (not sure what that means).
In the mean time I wrote a free clock face (called Move It!) that helps me work around the problem. Check it out if desired. I have a newer unpublished version that has a lot more options although it looks essentially the same.

I purchased my Fitbit Versa Special Edition on the 15th of June 2020 and I haven’t had it vibrate for me to move yet. It is on in the app but nothing, I looked online but am I right in saying the Versa Special Edition is different? It’s just that I saw a video on YouTube with the Versa and he pressed the left button and enabled the notification on his phone. That isn’t working in the Special Edition as that doesn’t come up when I press the left button.

Check your Versa Lite settings to see if Do Not Disturb is on. Push the left select button and scroll to Do Not Disturb. If on, turn it off. Don't know how it turned to on but now that it's off, reminders, calls and texts work again..
