Unable to receive email Notifications on Versa.

Someone help! I can’t seem to get my email notification to even show up on my notifications list. I have turned on banners and sent myself multiple emails with the app opened and I can’t seem to get them. I’m working through IOS.

I appreciate you have brought this to my attention. Please note that you will be able to enable mail Notifications from each specific email app you have on your phone by going to Account > Versa > Notifications > App Notifications. If you have already received a push notification from "Gmail" or "Outlook", look for these apps under App Notifications and enable them. Then, you will be able to receive these Notifications. 

 

Please keep in mind that if you have the email app open (Gmail as example) at the time a Notification arrives to your phone, it will not show up in the watch.

Me neither. It's set up on my phone but not getting to my versa ☹️

Using Android 8....can anyone out there help please.

I have the same problem I have all the notifications enabled working on android 8. I have researched this forum and other and it wont-work. I get all other notifications except email please help
