My Fitbit app is up to date and I still do not receive my texts messages on my versa. What can be done?

Hi @1mlara. Welcome to the Forums. I'm sorry for the delayed response.
Thanks for letting me know about your Versa, and let me help you with the text notifications. Just to confirm, are you able to receive the rest of your notifications (calls, calendar and apps)? Also, may I know your phone's model and OS version?
If you've not done so, please try to the troubleshooting steps described in this help article. Also, make sure the notifications are enabled in your watch by swiping down from the top of your watch's screen, tapping on quick settings icon and making sure Do Not Disturb (little circle with line) and Sleep Mode (little moon) settings are turned off.
